Notice for product return
1. Returned product should be fully packaged.
2. Delivery fee for product returns and exchanges shall be borne by the Customer.
※Except for the situation in point 3.
3. Within 7 days after receiving the product, please be sure to check whether the product is defective. If you find any problems, please call customer service.
Defective product return process
1. Call customer service. Please provide the order number, name, phone number, item, and return the defective product and invoice to us.

2. A team will be set up to understand the reasons and conditions after receiving the defective products.
3. If it is confirmed that the product defect is caused by our company, the Customer can choose:
(1) Refund (2) Exchange
4. If the Customer choose to refund, please inform the remittance account information, including bank code, name and branch, account name and account number
5. It takes 7 working days for the return process after receiving the defective product.
